The Dutch-German Chamber of commerce is an organisation focussed on bilateral business promotion. The chamber reguarly organizes business promotion and networking events for entrepreneurs from The Netherlands and Germany who specially focus on the neightbour market. The bilateral trade between The Netherlands and Germany is the second biggest in the world.
Web conference platform protected by personal logins, embedded reals time video streaming according to a programme, virtual trade fair stands connected to individual Zoom and Teams meetings. Extended analytics and reporting of user behaviour for after sales purposes.
Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the event venue did not allow many visitors to be on site. Therefore the event – speeches, presentations, podium discussions – was streamed live via the website.
Normally all participating companies would present themselves on small trade fair stands. Every company was given the opportunity to have an own virtual stand with video, contact buttons, brochure stands, roll-ups and more….
User logistics and guidance is challenging offline and online. A interactive programme and floorplan guided users to the streams and stands.
Navigation is possible via the overview of companies as well as by zooming into the floor plan. Clicking into the floor plan opens virtual stands or stream to the live-event on stage.
Next to user tracking during the event all individual streams are analysed giving the participants as well as the organisation a detailed insight.
